On August 26, 2026, the 3rd China-Europe Railway Express (Zhengzhou) Expo opened in Zhengzhou. Huang Youfang, Chairman of Top 50 Shipping Elites Research Center, was invited to attend the opening ceremony and the exchange event on building an open international dry port ecosystem and integrating value chains. At the exchange event, he delivered a thematic speech titled “Research on the Evaluation of an Integrated Supply Chain Service System.”

With the theme “Connecting Asia-Europe Corridors, Integrating Land-Sea Ecosystems”, this year’s expo saw the release of the Henan China-Europe Railway Express Integrated Information Service Platform. Its portal website and digital service systems, including “Railway Express + Finance”, “Railway Express + 95306” and “Railway Express + Supply Chain”, were launched simultaneously, filling digital gaps across the full railway express chain and injecting digital momentum into the transformation of inland open corridors.
The exchange event on building an open international dry port ecosystem and integrating value chains focused on four core directions: corridor development, supply chain coordination, integration of ports, industries and trade, and long-term development. It brought together national think tanks, government and enterprise representatives, overseas partners and industry elites to explore new paths for high-quality development of international dry ports and build a new ecosystem for cross-regional coordinated opening-up.
Huang Youfang, Chairman of 50SERC
Chairman Huang Youfang, based on the broader context of modern logistics and supply chain development, systematically analyzed the new requirements arising from changes in the international economic and trade landscape and industrial transformation.
Focusing on the construction standards and evolution path of a modern cross-border supply chain service system, he pointed out that it is necessary to further leverage the radiating and leading role of hub nodes, deepen the full-factor coordination of logistics flow, commercial flow, information flow and capital flow, and promote the quality improvement of dry port supply chain services and the deep integration of industrial value chains.
The event helped build broad consensus on a coordinated development model that benefits all parties. Chairman Huang’s macro-level analysis and forward-looking thinking provided useful reference for building a stable, secure, efficient and sustainable open international dry port ecosystem. It also demonstrated Top 50 Shipping Elites Research Center’s professional vision in staying at the forefront of the industry, serving national strategies and promoting industrial coordination.
