Pan Asia Shipping Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Port Dachan Bay Terminal and Nantong Tonghai Port have signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on building a green shipping corridor.
This is the first cooperation agreement reached since the launch of Shenzhen Port’s green shipping corridor initiative, supporting China’s “dual carbon” goals and the Ministry of Transport’s International Green Shipping Corridor Cooperation Initiative.

Under the agreement, the three parties will establish a long-term strategic partnership based on voluntary cooperation, mutual benefits, information sharing and coordinated carbon reduction.
By leveraging Dachan Bay Terminal’s location advantage in the Pearl River Delta, Nantong Tonghai Port’s hub function in the Yangtze River Delta, and Pan Asia Shipping’s fleet and operational strengths, the parties will jointly develop dedicated green shipping routes.
The cooperation will focus on areas including renewable energy facilities, equipment upgrades and information connectivity, aiming to promote low-carbon port and shipping development and create replicable solutions for the green transformation of the maritime industry.
