ZIM Integrated Shipping Services has further expanded its presence in China with the establishment of a new Beijing branch under ZIM Logistics China.
According to business registration information, ZIM Logistics (China) Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch has recently been established, becoming the 11th branch of ZIM Logistics China.

The new branch will provide services including international and domestic multimodal transport, freight forwarding, container transportation, warehousing, supply chain management, customs clearance and related logistics services.
The establishment is part of ZIM’s continued expansion in the Chinese market. ZIM Logistics China, the logistics arm of ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, entered China in 2001 and has established a nationwide service network covering major ports and logistics hubs.
In May 2026, ZIM Logistics China held a relocation ceremony attended by former ZIM President and CEO Eli Glickman, Executive Vice President for Country and Business Development Saar Dotan, and ZIM China President Hua Xiangqian. Glickman emphasized that China remains a key strategic market for ZIM and that its China–US express services have set new benchmarks.
The appointment of new ZIM President and CEO Chen Lichtenstein on July 1 also attracted attention. With extensive experience in cross-border investment and corporate integration, Lichtenstein previously played a key role in the acquisition of Israel’s Adama by China National Chemical Corporation (ChemChina) and later served as CEO of China National Agrochemical Corporation (CNAC).
