Global port and logistics giant DP World reported revenue of US$12.7 billion in the first half of 2026, up 13.1% year on year.

The company’s growth was driven by strong performance in logistics, maritime services and overseas port operations, which partly offset weaker performance at Jebel Ali Port.

Excluding Jebel Ali Port, DP World’s EBITDA increased 9.7% year on year, while container throughput rose 6.5%, with growth recorded across Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Americas.

The company also disclosed compensation data for its directors and key management personnel. Total remuneration reached US$106 million in the first half of 2026, compared with US$32 million during the same period in 2025, representing an increase of more than three times.

The increase was mainly attributed to the recognition of US$56 million under the company’s Long-Term Value Creation Plan (LTVCP), which was not paid out during the same period last year.

DP World Chairman H.E. Essa Kazim said that despite geopolitical challenges affecting trade in the Middle East, the company maintained resilient performance, demonstrating the strength of its diversified global business portfolio and integrated business model.

DP World CEO Yuvraj Narayan added that the company will continue focusing on capital allocation, cost management and operational efficiency to create long-term value for stakeholders.

Today, DP World has developed into an integrated global logistics group covering port operations, free trade zones, maritime services, logistics and supply chain management.
